Use Case Actions
Actions between Use Cases and Inboxes
Can I sync more than one inbox to a Use Case?
We’ve added the ability to directly sync one or more inboxes to the same Use Case. Use Cases can be shared across any number of inboxes. The Use Case’s throughput should match the total throughput of all the inboxes sharing that Use Case (e.g. if multiple inboxes share a single low volume 5,000 segment per day Use Case, you should keep the total traffic of all those inboxes combined below 5,000 segments per day, or else you may experience filtering by carriers).
Where can I sync my additional inboxes to a Use Case?
You can now connect multiple inboxes to a given Use Case during step 3. Find the Use Case, click “Select an Inbox”, and check each inbox that should be covered by that Use Case.
Note: Inboxes without Avochato phone numbers can not be selected when trying to sync to a Use Case.
Can I un-sync my inbox from a Use Case?
Yes, inboxes can now be un-synced from a Use Case as well. This can be useful in order to switch to a brand new Use Case for an inbox, or to remove an inbox from one Use Case and assign it to another existing Use Case.
Click the X and confirm removing the inbox in Step 3. Once unsynced, you can re sync that inbox to any of your other use-cases.
Note: Inboxes without Avochato phone numbers will not show up as an option to un-sync.
Automatic Use Case Deactivation
Use Cases are automatically deactivated 2 weeks after rejection. Any updates to the Use Case and/or a successful review within the 2-week window will prevent deactivation. These deactivated use cases can be manually archived, but will not be archived automatically.
Archiving Use Cases
Any Use Case that has been deactivated (manually or automatically) can now be archived to declutter the Use Case list. Click “Show Archived Use Cases” to view the list of archived Use Cases associated with your organization.
Can I cancel or reactivate an A2P Campaign subscriptions within Avochato?
Yes, users and admins are now able to cancel an A2P Campaign subscriptions to help clean up existing Campaigns once they are no longer being used. They can also reactivate the Campaign later on.
Why can I not see all of my Use Cases?
Use Cases that have expired will no longer appear in the Use Cases list for clarity.
