Boosted Broadcasts
Boost individual broadcasts to speed up delivery above your default delivery speed for urgent broadcasts.
For an additional non-refundable fee per message, you can send messages at a higher-than-normal speed to work through your list faster.
Boosting is optional, and by default your delivery speed will remain as-is with no change in cost, messaging capability, or change in deliverability.
Boosted broadcasts are optimized to enhance delivery and performance for higher-volume sends, preferably on a contact list of at least more than 25 contacts.
Is my number eligible for boosted broadcasting?
In order to be eligible to boost a broadcast, your inbox must have one or more of the following active number(s):
- a vetted brand and trust score
- a verified 10DLC number with an active “high volume” Use-case
- a valid shortcode
- a verified high-throughput toll-free number
How do I join the waitlist and start boosting?
Contact us to be included in the waitlist.
Once approved, you can begin boosting immediately.
How do I boost a broadcast?
When publishing a broadcast, you can now choose a boost speed. Click “Edit” > Choose your speed > and hit “Save”. Calculations that reflect the estimate cost will update accordingly. Please note that after your broadcast has begun you cannot update your boosted speed.
Recreating a boosted broadcast
If you choose to recreate a boosted broadcast using any of our shortcut buttons (such as, “Resend to Replied”, “Resend to All”, etc), the new copy of that broadcast will have the same boost speed as its “parent”. You can edit the boost speed later before publishing.
Boosts and Broadcasting Cost
Boosting increases the speed for an additional cost per SMS segment.
Users with billing permissions will see the cost breakdown includes the boost multiplier.
Your broadcast summary page will reflect the chosen boost speed (if any) when reviewing the broadcast.
