NEW NUMBER: All Avochato plans allow you to select a new 10DLC (local 10 digit long code) or a new Toll-free number - 100% free of additional charge.
The number of seats/users available on your plan equates to the number of phone lines / inboxes available on your plan.
EXISTING NUMBER: You may be able to Bring your existing number to Avochato from another provider.
You will need to register your numbers with carriers. While registering, it’s critical to read the detailed instructions carefully. When in doubt, contact the Avochato support team for help.

When can I use my new number for texting?
After you submit the compliance registration (assuming it’s approved), texting will be available ~24-48 hours later!
Bringing an existing number to Avochato? Two options
Avochato Support Agents guide each step of the process.
- Porting = Avochato will be the provider for both Calls & SMS texting
- 10DLC numbers - Calls & Inbound texts flow during transition. Scheduled period of Outbound texting downtime, ~2hrs - 48hrs
- TFN - Inbound texts flow during transition. Scheduled ~1-2 days of Call and Outbound texting downtime

- Hosting = Avochato provides texting and another provider hosts Calls SMS/Calling is split between two providers. Contact Avochato support to initiate host request.
