Email Transcript
Send a transcript of your conversations via email
Avochato offers you the option of emailing a transcript of the message history of a contact. To do this, simply follow the steps below:
1) Go to the conversation of the contact you want to get a transcript of. On the upper right hand side of the conversation window, you should see three buttons. Click the third one which is “Notes”

2) Click on “Email Transcript”

3) A new window should appear asking you for the email address. Provide the email address and press “Send”.

Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct. It may take a few minutes for the transcript to generate and for you to receive it. If you don’t see the transcript in your email inbox, try checking your spam/junk folder incase it got filtered.
