Salesforce

  • We have updated how we smart-navigate: By default, we try to navigate to an open case. If any existing cases are closed, we will navigate to the associated case's record (ie. Contact, etc). See it in action!
  • We have updated how frequently we refresh Salesforce API limits.
  • We have added an admin form for user-submitted data deletion requests for GDPR/CCPA/SOC 2 compliance.

Inbox

Conversations created using the โ€œNew Conversationโ€ modal now always appear in the Inbox on mobile devices when navigating back to or refreshing the Inbox list.

Widget

All widget form fields now have uniform font weight and width.
